Joe Sorisi was appointed Chief Information Officer of HomeServe USA in May 2014. Joseph brings more than 20 years of technology experience in the Business-to-Consumer and Business-to-Business arenas. He has a track record of transforming startup and fortune organizations into efficient and scalable digital organizations with focus on “enabling revenue growth, improving the customer experience and reducing risk.” Joe has many years of experience building out and leading enterprise IT organizations, platforms and services to ensure global organizations have the right technology, people and policies to meet business objectives while increasing shareholder value.
Most recently, Joe served as Chief Technology Officer for Fedbid.com, a multi-billion dollar global online marketplace, and has served as Technology Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer for companies like B2X Corporation (global marketplace), Platform Learning, Ticketmaster, Ticketmaster.com, Columbia House, Columbia House.com and USA Networks (Electronic Commerce & Digital Media Solutions) where, among many accomplishments, filed over 20 patents for custom software and business methods and led the development and launch of online ecommerce, eLearning, call center, online digital marketing and fulfillment systems and supporting organizations, serving domestic and international markets. Joe also serves as a technology strategy advisor to several boards and investors.
